Had a appointment for an estimate. Received a quote for 350 to 400 dollars for the work to be performed. Gave the go ahead to have the work done. Asked for a invoice for the job and was told it would be received via mail. Two months later received a bill for 580 dollars which prompted a call to discuss the bill, was told she would need to talk to the owner and the technician that did the work who quoted the price. Had our sprinklers blown out by them last fall while my husband was deployed. Then this spring when we turned the water on, we noticed a pipe had burst. Emailed the company and they said they would send someone out the next time they had someone in our town. A couple weeks later they came out and the tech told me that it was caused by 1 of 2 things: either there was a valve failing inside or the water wasn't completely turned off in the fall. Skips, fixed my sprinkler system that another company did. I had 3 bids they were the best value and did the job quickly. Mark told me about how his outdoor lighting would look great on our MPLS tudor and light the back yard softly, then did a free demo for a barbecue i hosted. It looked great. Love my lights and the outdoor sound system. You guys do a great and I have a yard I love to hang out in.
