Found us a great place to move into. Very easy to work with. Showing appointment was easy to set up at a convenient time and there was no pre-payment of any application fees. We were able to talk with Irenee and Edward in a straight forward manner and there was no run-around. We didn't have to wait a long time to hear if our application was accepted and we were able to sign our lease and move in on our schedule. A breeze to work with. I recommend Irenee and Ed for anyone else looking for a rental.
