Infrared saunas are fantastic for relieving stress and pain, detoxing, anti aging prevention and Skin, building immunity and so much more. I am a huge believer in them and have been going in them weekly for many years. The clear light brand they have here are the best kind. The beautiful decor and atmosphere of this place is perfect too!!!
Katie is literally the best! She cares so much about her clients. She even teaches you how to take care of your skin and doesn't pressure sell. I've had a few signature facials done and honestly, I always have a great experience with her! I've had many facials done before, by far she is the BEST.
