Best of the Best – I received the DOT Laser treatment at SkinSpaMed and all I can say is WOW! As a former chemo patient, and an avid health nut, I know that I feel better when I look better. After overdrafting a CLOSED acct, twice, SkinSpaMed, Dallas, Texas "gave" me 4 treatments. Today they told me the 2 that I used were considered 2 each, AFTER the fact. They basically wanted to sell me a $299.00 Groupon or cancel my appointment for another Groupon customer. Very disappointed after being a customer w/many referrals for years. Marie literally gave me my life back – I got my first migraine when I was 13. Around age 24, they became monthly, and around age 27, they became daily, debilitating migraines. Best Monthly Membership in Dallas – I love the monthly membership SkinSpa Med offers! It allows me to experience a lot of different aspects of the spa and keep up with my treatments. Marie is so sweet and super amazing at injections. Her botox is the only time I didn't bruise! I highly recommend her to ALL my friends!! Love the attitude of the staff and the atmosphere while I'm there always makes me want to come back!

Best Restylane injections in town! – I had Restylane filler injections in borders of my lips by Marie. I was nervous at first, but she put me at ease by talking me through each step. (I am sure the numbing agent also helped my bravery.) My lips turned out perfect, Not too puffy, and not fake looking at all. I have to admit that lips are my favorite area of the face to inject. A little Restylane or Juvederm in the lips makes the whole face look younger.

Horrible Customer Service – I bought a Groupon for this place back in July and had to wait 3 months to get an appt, scheduled for Nov 2. Well my mother unexpectidely died on Oct. 23 and her funeral was Nov. 1st. I finally took a look at my calender the day after the funeral (the 2nd) and realized I had an appointment. I tried to reschedule my appt and was first told that since I bought a Groupon, that I was going to forfeit my appt. Unfortunately, Groupon certificates are forfieted if not cancelled 24 hours in advance. Most spas have similar cancellation policies, but Groupon is particularly strict.
