Vanessa is so sweet! I love getting facials with her as she goes above and beyond to make the experience amazing and relaxing. She explains the steps and products to ensure you know how to take care of your face at home to look refreshed and acne free. Highly recommend her!
Terrible experience. All Vanessa did was complain, about Groupon, about her commute, and how she had plans so it felt like my appointment was in her way. Maybe because I was off Groupon? Her loss because I am looking to regularly schedule facials and/or lash lifts; if I would have liked the service would have gladly rescheduled for biweekly sessions at regular price. @owner she also has a long list of complaints and they used to be here but I guess people can go in her Groupon and still see those complaints if the search Bas... read more
100% recommend Vanessa for lash services and skincare services! 🩵 This is my second time going for a lash lift and upon arrival, there are snacks and drinks in the waiting room..It’s clean, girly and professional! When I get into her room, Vanessa made me feel extremely comfortable! She is super knowledgeable and knows her stuff when it comes to lashes and skincare! I’ve been using lashes for many years and Vanessa is by far the best lash tech I’ve ever had and not to mention the lashes last for weeks! I love the variety of lashes she can do depending on what style you want. When it comes to your skin/face her knowledge in the products is second to none! She has many years of experience and you can fully trust her. My face has completely changed by following her regimen and getting consistent facials. I can’t recommend her enough!
