Great for feeling less bloated, not for weight loss. O.k. I gave this product a 3 because it does help you feel less bloated, however after drinking it daily for 1 month I havent lost a single pound and I also go to the gym 3 times a week. It is definitly hyped up so dont believe people who say they have lost 15 pounds in a month. Its not from the tea. They must be loosing weight from extreme dieting and excercise.
I feel better I like it and feel better after only a few days. I'm going to reorder.
