Nothing. Did nothing. How is it supposed to cleanse when there are no laxatives. That's just to make it more convenient. Again, did nothing, felt nothing. The taste was good, though.

One Star I didn’t care for the taste I used it for 3 weeks and didn’t lose a pound
Its a tea I thought it tasted best cold and liked the taste. This was just a tea for me. There was no benefit to drinking the tea for me other than it was nice to drink something besides water, which is typically all I drink. Didn't feel more energized nor was their any body change/weight loss, etc. I actually felt bloated while I drank this for a month. I switched to lemon water a week ago and feel better now than I did with the tea.

2weeks into it I only been using it for a 2weeks now. I really like it. Good flavor, Am really not into tea. Drank it at first in the morning without breakfast and i got lightheaded, so i know drink it after lunch. People say its working, will see. Stay tuned...
