Great addition to a healthy lifestyle For people who say it doesn't work. Weight comes down to one thing- calories out vs calories in. This will help you burn more calories when used with a HEALTHY LOW CALORIE DIET. Of course, if you use the tea to wash down a Big Mac, this tea will not help you in the slightest. There is no magic tea for weight loss but for people interested in cleansing the body along with a healthy lifestyle, this is perfect.

Noticeable decrease is bloating This is my second bag and I am loving it! It has a great taste and just enough caffeine to help me wean off of coffee without getting a headache. I have seen a significant decrease in bloating throughout the day. Every morning I just feel so much leaner when I wake up. This tea is the perfect pairing to a healthy lifestyle to see more pay off for your hard work.
Horrible Didn't work at all
Very satisfied I am using it for bloating in my mid drift and it has decreased greatly. I am down 6 pounds in three weeks. Doing nothing but drinking the tea.

Won't do the work for you While this tea is tasty and I have noticed some reduced bloating I can't say I am overly impressed. It was a great step in removing sodas and higher calorie coffee from my diet which has made a difference in my eating habits. Like any product on the market you can't expect 1 thing to make all the changes for you. Combined with exercise and overall diet change this tea is a decent addition to an overall lifestyle change but it is NOT going to do all the work for you.
