great The taste was great both warm and cold. It helped reduce my bloating.
Waste of money Total waste of money, this was the same as drinking a glass of water, had no effect on bloating or weight loss or anythingat all for me.
Nothing at all I could not tell any difference at all from this product. It doesn’t taste bad, though, so that’s a plus. As far as detoxing, who knows. Making me skinny, not in the least. I wish! That’s the problem. We all wish these products really did what they say, Oh, well.

To use it everyday. For best results. I use this product for digestion. It's very gentle on my stomach. I have severe endometriosis, and I am always bloated and uncomfortable. This tea actually has helped me with having less bloat days. Have lost 10 pounds and so far have kept it off. I also drink the collagen product along with the tea daily.
