I want to give a BIG shout out to the girls at Skinny Me Diet center. Their encouragement and support during the process of my weight loss / healthy life changes was pivotal to my success. I lost 35 lbs and 27.5 inches in 6 weeks. I have kept off all but 1/2 pound after 3 weeks of maintenance. Now into my second week after maintenance and still doing well. After 2 rounds I lost 50 pounds and 49 inches! It was so easy. After 3 months I haven't gained any weight back and I feel fabulous. My only complaint is that I had to buy new clothes☺.

Best way to lose weight. Easy as long as you follow directions. 25 lbs & 25 inches now in maintenance to keep it off. My doctor was thrilled. Blood pressure lower. Couldn't have done it without you!

Skinny Me is the best!!! In maintenance now...lost about 28 lbs and 14 inches...down 3 clothing sizes!!! Weight has stabilized...feel great!!! Blood pressure down from borderline hypertensive to well within a normal range!!! Whole foods...no added fats and oils ... Lots of fresh fruit...veggies ...
