I have been a loyal Skinny Dippers customer for over five years. I’ve been overly flexible and understanding with the level of service I’ve received, even after having a green pool for nearly one entire season. The green pool was remedied by converting my salt water pool into a chlorine pool without my knowledge or permission. I chose to stay with Skinny Dippers and now pay for their premium service, but when I report leaks from my pool filter, I am ignored and my calls and texts are not returned unless I contact corporate. ... read more
Skinny dippers is an awesome service. After shopping around for pool service and trying out a few inconsistent companies, we tried skinny dippers. They’ve always been on time and even contact you when the weather gets bad to reassure you that service will be provided. They’re pricey but you get what you pay for. They’ve even been extremely helpful and understanding during tough financial times. Would definitely recommend them for their services.
