Great results – I went to this spa to get a facial for the first time and I had a wonderful experience. The esthetician really worked with me on what I was trying to accomplish. I loved the way my skin looked when the facial was finished. I felt very welcome by the receptionist and very comfortable in the whole atmosphere. The girls who worked there really seemed to know what they were doing. I would definitely reccomend it and I will be back there again.
I was a first time client at Skinhealth Centers for a promotion they did for spa week. My friend has been a client of their's and raved about her esthetician, lyndsy. She goes for hair removal and facials and is extremely happy with her results, so I thought I would give it a try. When I called the receptionist was extremely friendly and accomadating. Facial-don't waste your money – I know I should have heeded the advice of others on here who said that the facials were no good, but I went anyway. I had a facial there two weeks ago, and I am very dissatisfied. I was told to come there at 3:45, which I did. When I arrived, they said they had booked me at 4:00, but said that I would start before then. That was wrong as I had to wait until 4:20. Best Botox and facial I ever experienced!! – From the moment I walked in to the Newbury St. location I was treated like royalty. They have a front desk concierge who attended to my every need. The salon decor is beautiful and serene. Dr. Townsend is one of the best doctors in the business for injectibles.
