Another well done appointment at this location, this time with Jacqueline Bourassa. Very personable and tactful. She really feels for her patients and does everything to make them feel better, both physically and emotionally. Great communication, both verbal and non verbal (eyes, gestures, tone of voice etc.) . Seriously was really streamlined and professional. The whole process of getting an appointment was way easier then expected. Much better than another place I went to.
My experience with SkinDC has been nothing short of spectacular. As a total layman when it comes to the wonders of dermatology, I particularly appreciate how Dr. Naga and, notably, her *entire team* go the extra mile to explain concepts and procedures. I have never once felt rushed and am encouraged on several occasions to follow up and ask additional questions.
