Rose is great, she's very flexible and always works with me to make my appointments happen. I get my brows done every couple months and they always look perfect. She also customizes a facial specifically for me with my skin type (oily w/ some acne) and I've cleared up quite a bit since I've started getting them. Highly recommended! She really cares about her clients and will work with you until you get the results you want.
