I honestly didn't have a great experience with lip fillers done by Dr Sarah. I needed them corrected from migration. And no, I will not be contacting reception thanks.

Very rude staff
Don’t go to this business they are con artist. I called and went into their clinic and they said they do a certain treatment. I asked them 3 times if they did a certain treatment and they said yes they can do that for me. The receptionist went to ask someone at the back 3 times. I was asked to pay for an appointment so I did. 1 minute into my appointment I was told they don’t do this for my skin type. Not only was that a waste of my time and money. SkinBox Clinic are a level above any other skin clinic i have visited. Dr. Sarah is very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and and approaches skin care with practical, budget friendly advice. There is no upselling, just honesty. The products she has recommended are fantastic. I appreciated that the skin care routine she prescribed included a combination of prescription, clinical, and pharmacy products, i trust i am spending money in the right areas.
