Very disappointing experience with Skin Vitality. I paid nearly CAD $600 for Botox and the results were underwhelming. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Skin Vitality on June 20, 2026. On May 29, I contacted the clinic through Instagram to inquire about Botox pricing and was quoted CAD $600 for 100 units. Based on that information, I booked an appointment and even asked whether I needed to pay in advance to secure the price. I was told that no advance payment was necessary. Called to enquire about pricing on Botox, scheduled a call with one of the consultants for 3:30pm on a weekday when I had a gap in my schedule, they called back half an hour late at which point I was not able to answer. They didn’t bother to try call again. I called the next day and was told someone will return my call in 20 minutes; I had to call back yet again 1.5 hour later and again was told someone will call back within 30 minutes. I I've been getting Botox for roughly 8 years elsewhere until I decided to try skin vitality as I had moved to a different area. I highly advise against going to them for any reason. I bought packages of units and units magically disappeared at my next visit that they couldn't find. The staff are nice and accommodating. But honestly, the whole experience wasn't worth it. The free consultation was just them showing me their packages. I mentioned my skin concern, but the girl didn't even look at my skin at all, which I wasn’t expecting during a consultation. Instead, she immediately jumped into promoting microneedling. Still, I went ahead and got the facial (I don’t remember what it was called) that cost $200. It only took about 15-20 minutes and was basically a mask with red light.
