They work with their clients on an individual level and address whatever issues are presented by the client. They are extremely hands on and provide really supportive customer service. The staff is friendly and very informative and always makes themselves available for inquiries. Skin vitality medical takes a lot of care in providing great service, definitely recommend!

Terrible terrible experience here. Had a chemical peel done, didnt even peel or feel anything or see any changes. If you’re a melanated person, please do not get their chemical peels. Went to a smaller business and did it for half the price and peeled nicely. Hot fillers, lasted a week. Everything went away. I was told it is normal. Very pricey and packaged like a top tier business, it is not. Their priority is to get you to spend as much money as you possibly can. No results guaranteed.
