Kara is utterly amazing. I have had 4 microneedling sessions and what's so impressive are the results!! I had brown on the sides of my neck from sun damage which is almost completely gone!! The hypo pigmentation is vastly improved, its evened out my skin tone (I'm Irish and splotchy by nature) tightened everything over all (including the aging under my chin!) and diminished my wrinkles.
