Hadn't been back to see Dr. Dale for a few years. I usually go for a quick check every few years. My exam went well, he removed 2 moles no path issues. Received invoice and was charged as a new patient. What TF? Turns out that if you don't see the Doc's for 2 years, you become a "new patient". No sign in the office saying that and no one at the desk said anything and of course they billed me extra. Billing dept is dysfunctional too. Find another Dermatologist.

Dr. Barbara Martin is an amazing, kind, professional and very sweet person. You better pay up, because the bill collectors are impossible to work with and very vindictive. Specifically Allie.

I was seen at this place and gave a sample to be tested. I never received a call back until after I reached out multiple times. I was told the results were negative, but the problem persisted. I reached out again and was prescribed eczema medication (which seemed odd, but I trusted them). The medication only made the problem worse. I called back again to ask why I was prescribed that and was told I'd have to reschedule. I made an appointment, only for it to be canceled a week after it was made.
