She is one of the best !The staff has always been cordial and informative in my experience, Dr Vogel is very qualified and very much invested in her patient's health. This place is great! Customer service is great. You really feel at home there. Laura has been amazing to me every time I've gone. I've been going to her for almost 10 years now, starting with dermatology, then laser treatments and all that good stuff! She's awesome. Definitely recommend this place. And if you go in, ask for Laura, she'll take very good care of you!
As a first timer, my experience with Laura and her staff was fabulous! She popped my botox cherry! I will most definately be back. With her knowledge of the product, she made me feel soo comfortable
Do NOT go here unless you want to deal with a huge headache everytime you try to get your prescriptions filled! First off, they hardly ever remembered to actually send in my prescription after my appointment. And then half the time when they actually did, they would send it for the wrong brand of medication... I spent way too much time on the phone going between them and the pharmacist and it was so frustrating. Not to mention they never seemed very apologetic for the many mistakes they caused.
