I reached out via text to book an appointment and was met with a surprisingly rude and unprofessional attitude from Kimberly. Her hostile tone during the exchange made me uncomfortable, so I chose to cancel the appointment. After reading other reviews, it seems this kind of behavior is not uncommon. I won’t be returning or recommending this business.

I’ve been getting lash extensions from Kimberly for a year. I was new to Vegas and had been shopping around for lashes until I found Kimberly. Her lashes are SO pretty! I always get compliments on my lashes and my lashes survived Six Flags! If that isn’t a testament to the integrity of her work, I don’t know what is! I just have the worst experience in my life, Kimberly was so irritated and mad, yelling at my daughter and me she definitely needs professional help. My daughter didn’t deserved this bad actitud
