I went here yesterday for electrolysis because it is supposed to be a permanent hair removal...during the procedure I was told the hair is going to just come back and it would take more sessions. I can't afford to keep paying 20 to 40 dollars every few days the hair grows back. Susan was also rude. I told her I have a memory problem and she constantly kept telling me "like I said before" or "like I told you earlier" in an aggressive tone.
