Je me retrouve avec un abonnement que je n'ai pas voulu. J'ai simplement accepter l'offre d'une crème gratuite en payant seulement $ 5.00 de transport en donnant mon numéro de carte de crédit et on me facture $ 137.92 mensuellement. Je veux annuler cet abonnement et que l'on me contacte immédiatement afin de règler ce malentendu. Tout était écris en anglais et je ne suis pas bilingue. Si on aurait pu cliquer à quelque part pour demander en français il n'y aurait jamais eu ce problème
