My boyfriend booked an appointment, she had to cancel but when he asked for his deposit back she agreed and then went ghost. It’s not even about the money, it’s the principle!

The appointment never happened!!!! I arrived at the address at 1745 (my appointment was scheduled for 1800). I called the business several times; left a voicemail and no answer. No call back!!! There are no directions inside the building or signage in the building!!! This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I stayed in the parking lot for 15 mins before leaving. I still haven’t received a call back or email from the owner. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS BUSINESS. THIS IS A SCAM!!!
Tatiana is very professional, has a nice clean office and high tech equipment needed for a proper facial. I had a blackhead on my face and she removed it without feeling a thing. I was very relaxed, and enjoyed every minute of the service, its defiantly worth the price.
Not a good facial. I’m hoping it’s due to lack of experience. No extractions done in facial. Everything was quick and far from relaxing. Wasn’t focused on customer experience. Over priced for what it was. They focus on usage of machinery but there is so much more to retaining customers. Hope time will render this person more know how in retaining quality clients.
