It’s very unfortunate that I’ve tried to support this business over the years but have consistently experienced unprofessionalism. I previously referred a client a year ago, and the appointment started two hours late due to her being at home and hadn’t made her way yet! The appointment never happened!!!! I arrived at the address at 1745 (my appointment was scheduled for 1800). I called the business several times; left a voicemail and no answer. No call back!!! There are no directions inside the building or signage in the building!!! This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I stayed in the parking lot for 15 mins before leaving. I still haven’t received a call back or email from the owner. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS BUSINESS. THIS IS A SCAM!!!
Tatiana is very professional, has a nice clean office and high tech equipment needed for a proper facial. I had a blackhead on my face and she removed it without feeling a thing. I was very relaxed, and enjoyed every minute of the service, its defiantly worth the price.
