The doctor has terrible bedside manner. She was touching sensitive areas without warning, causing me to flinch several times which she never noticed - no attempt at reading my comfort levels. No "I’m going to touch here now" or even questions about medical history that would have given her a clue about my anxiety surrounding this, even though this appointment was for sensitive areas of my skin.. and being touched like that caused a full blown panic attack as soon as I left the building. I have been with Dr. Piantanida for about 10 years now and she is wonderful! She is very personable and does great work, Thermage, Botox, Laser peels, any of your skincare needs! I just love this place and would not go anywhere else!
