That was the worst experience I have ever had in a medical office. Waited over half an hour past my appointment time to be seen, was asked virtually no questions about why I was there, and the exam was an absolute joke. I was there with legitimate skin cancer concerns and all she tried to do was sell me on acne treatments. The biggest waste of time and money I have ever experienced. Cant NOT recommend enough.

Dr. Piantanida does not check your body thoroughly and cuts up on you without warrant (she has done it twice to me) Also, I had a dermatologic condition that she did not catch at my visit. When it worsened a week later (but had been clearly evident at the time of my visit) I had to diagnose myself and request another visit so I could treat it. She did not ask me questions about my skin health, such as whether or not I use sunscreen and how much time I spend in the sun, and she did not think to recommend a lotion for my dry h... read more

This is a perfect example of "what do you call the person who graduates at the bottom of the class in medical school? Doctor. Nothing she did worked and she had the audacity to charge me almost $400, of which Medicare paid a pittance. Don't go there - your life will be in danger. My lap caught on fire in the office and not one person asked if I was okay or showed any kind of concern for my well being. Why would I pay a bill for something that didn't work and being set on fire? No integrity.

Office staff did not call me back. I spent $300 that insurance would not cover because drs office would not code it correctly. Please, Dr and office staff, get your act together.

Dr. Piantanida is an excellent dermatologist! She explains everything very clearly and is very compassionate. I visited Dr. Piantanida for a skin condition on my back which she was able to correctly diagnose and treat. I also opted to have botox. I have had botox several times with different dermatologists and RNs and none of the previous results can compare to those I achieved with Dr. Piananida. She is an expert and an artist-the result was natural and not overdone!
