Tried to twice to schedule the first time laser using their website (which confirms and send an email to you)- twice it’s been cancelled . First time the night before, second time 10 days before. 🤷♀️

Love skin laundry! from their superior customer service to their technical skill, they are an amazing time. I alway feel well cared for when i visit.
Update: Customer service is still 5 Stars; however, I do NOT recommend the Power Resurfacing Facial! I truly was not prepared for the pain and days of recovery, along with the residual hyperpigmentation from the 4-prong tool used. Because I had not been informed prior to the treatment that I would be required to use hyaluronic every few hours post-treatment, I had to buy the SL one afterwards. I had no positive results with this procedure. I will stick to the Power Laser treatments to see if the hyperpigmentation disappears.... read more
