I was really looking forward to trying out this business through their intro deal, which is why this experience was so disappointing. My confirmed appointment was canceled via text as I was walking up — with 8 minutes still to go before my scheduled time. When I went in to speak with the team, I learned not only had my slot been canceled, but it had also been double-booked with another client, leaving no way to accommodate me. I understand and respect that appointments may be canceled if patients arrive late. I was 15 minutes late and the appointment was canceled when I arrived. It would be helpful if the reminder text clearly warned that even a small delay could result in cancellation. Also, the male staff member at the front desk could improve his customer service attitude. The interaction felt a bit mean and not very welcoming. This is my second time visiting this place. The first time was good overall so three star so far.
