Drove 35 minutes to be told my son couldn’t get his teen laser treatment without his own ID. I didn’t know that was required for a 14 year old. We do not carry our kids’ school ID’s or birth certificates around. They also had tech issues when I tried to fill out the forms ahead of time, and it wouldn’t even let me book an appt in his name with my phone number. Very professional and knowledgeable staff!
Hannah and Ashley were so kind to me. They welcomed me into a clean, luxurious environment. I got my first laser facial and illuminator treatment. The process was quick and soo relaxing. I highly recommend coming here and will be coming back
