Drove an hour and a half then got lost looking for Cheesecake Factory where they said to go in at since I had never been to that mall before and it's confusing so was 10 min late to appointment for them to have me remove makeup and do paperwork and tell me they don't have time to do my service. Said I could wait an hour which I already took off work early to drive here and couldn't wait so I was turned away.
