Fast , professional and effective
Service needs some work. I walked in to understand services. I never tried laser bc of concerns I've had bc of being darker in Skin tone. (Lasers can cause hyperpigmentation on dark skin.) I do not feel the front desk heard my concerns or the specific treatment plan I was looking for. Which is 1x a month at the lowest laser. Thats all. The front desk did not hear this and recommended peels, coming in for a treatment in 10 days after the initial laser service. They are extremely difficult to contact when you call them it is just an AI computer that helps and has very limited capabilities. I've left several messages for them to call me back and nobody calls back the laser services okay however the customer service is terrible which is why they get a one-star review
Very happy with my treatments!
Great experience today and will be back.
