I never had any issues with the staff. They were all very pleasant and accommodating. They were great. I just can’t justify the cost with the results. I did their 4 month program and didn’t notice any difference in my skin quality. I think I might have even gained a couple of scars from their power duo treatment.

The staff here is outstanding, kind and professional. The ambiance is clean, modern and inviting. I was torn on how to rate and if I should rate, but I want to help others manage expectations. I tried Skin Laundry’s one-time Resurfacing Laser Facial and paid an additional $50 for the more “intense” option. I’ve had stronger laser treatments with dermatologists before, so I understood this would be a gentler treatment with less downtime and that multiple sessions would likely be needed. Great treatment, but dynamic at checkout ruined the experience The laser facial itself was wonderful, and I was so happy with the results that I was fully ready to purchase a multi-session package. Unfortunately, the experience completely fell apart at checkout. When paying, I opted not to leave a tip.
