Five stars for Dr. Bradley Bloom! Visited his beautiful Manhattan office on 57th Street where I received superb dermatological care. He expertly removed two small moles. His touch was feather-light and his manner was kind and gracious. Discussed future cosmetic treatments and will definitely return. My highest recommendations!
Dr.Goldberg – I was very comfortable and relaxed during my Fraxel treatment. There nurses were very gentle, reassuring and positive. Dr. Goldberg was great at explaining and bringing me into the procedure by starting slowly and warning me of what sounds, odors and sensations I’d be feeling. He was very supportive and pleasant. I will highly recommend this office to my friends.
Great Cusotmer Service! – A few months ago i had an appointments with Skin & Laser Surgery Specialists, and had a great experience. For the appointment i met with the Aesthetican, she was very nice. I felt comfortable explaining my skin condition and problems with her. The skin products that were suggested were moderately priced (for NYC). Although the acne products did not work for my skin type, the lotions suggested worked wonderfully. They have left my skin feeling soft and smooth, a difference was seen in a few weeks. Wanna be Dr. 90210 office. Avoid !!! – Went to their Hackensack University office in NJ and dr. Jacob Dudelzak diagnosed me with having a cyst on my cheek. They charged me $600 dollars for consultation and another $3000 was supposed to be paid at the time of excision. Of course I went to get a second opinion at local dermatologist office, and it happened to be a skin infection that could be cured with antibiotic. It's about the money – The office is beautiful. My experience was shocking. It was all about the money. No respect for my time - kept me waiting, and I didn't see any other patients. This famous Doctor gives a canned or scripted consultation in less than 3 minutes, fees are $8000 +. A very bad experience. Shame. Doesnt desurve any star!
Questionable business practices of this Laser Specialist – Dr Goldberg is an authority on lasers, there's no question about that. He has written at least one book and his name appears on the web as a specialist. Its the reason I made an appointment. But something didn't smell right. It started from my call to make an appointment. Bad receptionist – In scheduling an early appointment, I had a bad experience with the receptionist on a telephone. She didn't listen at all and spoke to others and joked around while I was answering her questions. She put me on a hold 4-5 times and was so rude when I finally had her attention. She kept getting distracted and I had to repeat myself several times. I almost got upset. Dr and aesthetician are nice so far, but this receptionist need to be more professional. I almost cancel my appointment.
High tech & top -notch Dermatologist! – When I first went to see Dr. Goldberg, I had acne all over on my face and red spots on my chin and forehead that tortured me for many years. I had been to many dermatologists before with numerous antibiotics that totally upset my stomach with no results. Finally found the perfect place for Skin Care!! – I have been going here for a while now and I love everything about this place, the DR is wonderfull very attentive to my needs and knows what he is doing. I had horrible skin before and nothing worked for me, i couldn' get rid of my acne for anything! Then I went to Dr. Goldberg and he totally helped me, i would recommend him to anyone! The space is very nice, modern and clean and all staff is really sweet. Love IT!
