I had a bad experience with this clinic, i was kept waiting for over 1 hr and then could over hear her conversations as i was left in a diffrent room to waiting to see her. Everything was very rushed and i didn feel like i got my moneys worth. She didnt explain things to me and was sent on my way after a hefty fee.
I had a genuinely excellent experience with Dr Cook and her team. From the moment of my appointment, everything was handled with efficiency and care. I was diagnosed and treated within minutes, and the instructions provided were clear, practical, and easy to follow. I returned for a follow-up appointment and was reassured that I was on the right track to a full recovery, which gave me great peace of mind. My experience with Dr Cook was unmatched. I presented with bad psoriasis on my legs and arms and within 2 weeks I was back to normal. She really understood the negative effects skin issues can have on a holistic level and was kind and dedicated to finding a solution. I never thought something would work so effectively and quickly and I am so grateful. Highly recommend.
