Recently had a procedure done here. The staff in the reception area of this set up needs to learn how to do things right. They behave in a way as if they are doing a favor to patients. They are rude, they do not respond to queries unless you keep following them up, and also gives misleading and inaccurate information. I doubt if they even listen to their main office. Have seen Dr Kenneth Wong for my ezxma. He is a good doctor and listen to my problems and also patience with when I talk.The receptionist are amazing an very cheerful and helpful.
Very happy with my skin cancer check/mole map with Dr. Aitchison. She was very polite, professional and informative. Made the whole procedure easy and comfortable. Clinic staff in general are very polite and professional and the clinic itself is to a high standard. Will be coming back here for my dermatology needs and I highly recommend them. Many thanks.
