I dont know about this shop as a whole, but the female "artist" that my son paid for custom artwork provided two ink pen scribbles that looked like a 5th grader drew in 10 minutes, and it took her two weeks to produce. I provided a pic of a cross I wanted, and she was either unable to do it, or just didnt care what I wanted, as nothing she was willing to do resembled what I wanted. I'll stick with LaRox in Akron.
