NP Amy is wonderful! She helped address my concerns and was just so kind and understanding. The assistants and office staff are so nice and helpful as well. Dr. Wheeler is also great!
Staff very welcoming and friendly. Never a long wait. Almost always in with the doc by my scheduled appointment time!
Nurse Practitioner was great, but she was the only one. The overall tone/vibe of this practice is not happy. Over 4/5 visits, each time I was led to a room, began answering questions, and yet that person never introduced themselves or their role. (having worked in the medical world for 35 years, this is one sign of unhappy workers). A simple punch biopsy took 30 days for the practice to provide the results. I do not have lots of money. Live paycheck to paycheck as many do. The doctor and staff were very nice however before you let them do anything at all you had better check about cost. I guess that don't matter to the doctor makes a lot. It does to people like myself. Had to pay $80 more for something that had nothing to do with my visit. She saw some.sun damage on my arm and ask do you mind if I spray something on it. That's it. That's all that was said. I have insurance but they don't cover that I guess.
