Made an appointment and visited this salon as a Valentine's Day outing for myself and my "date." We chose the salon for its upscale atmosphere and intimate nail spa area where you share a bench while getting your toes done. In the waiting room we found all the refreshments empty and although the staff filtered in and out of the room no one replenished the drinks or coffee. Skin Deep is a wonderful place to go and spend a few hours pampering yourself. I was referred by a friend who has been going to Skin Deep for about a year and she never shut up talking about Skin Deep so I decided to go. I got the essentials package and everything was great. I plan to go again soon.
I have been a client of Skin Deep since June of 2007 and would not trade my massage therapist Joanne, my hair stylist Heather, my nail girl Jennifer and my facial lady Jo for anything, they are the greatest; always very attentive to my needs! Lately I have been experiencing terrible customer service from the MANAGEMENT team. I have noticed that they have a high turnover rate.
