Dr. Sarah Murphy at Skin Center is a very kind and patient provider! She thoroughly listens to my concerns when I come in, takes the time to carefully answer any questions I have, and explains my options clearly. I’ve never felt rushed when I see her for my appointments. I would absolutely recommend her to friends/family! The facility is also well maintained and welcoming, and the support staff and MAs are great!
I personally had an unpleasant experience with skin center Boston. I went in for a dark spot that was uncomfortable on my forehead and I was seen for literally 6 minutes (including wait time) and was told it’s nothing. They prescribed me an antibacterial cream and said they it likely won’t do anything so I never got it filled. They then proceeded to send me a massive bill coded for “new patient/outpatient evaluation and management visit” for 45 minutes (they claimed the duration doesn’t matter it’s the same coding regardless... read more
Dr. Murphy is the best! She’s very compassionate, smart, and really listens to my skin concerns. She never gives up and it’s reassuring when she’s confident we still have things in our tool belt to help improve my condition. I don’t usually post reviews but cannot recommend Dr. Murphy more!
I literally recommend this place to anyone who will listen. Every single visit has been outstanding, every staff member is PHENOMENAL. Quick shout out to the BEST PA Sarah who takes the time to educate me and make sure I’m comfortable and has absolutely turned my skin around in 6 months, as well as to Grace and Kirsty at the front desk who are always warm and welcoming, and to every single medical assistant, as each one of them has been so comforting, fantastic, and on the ball!!!!
