Total scam!!!! I was given a very serious medication by Dr. Puyana without being properly informed about the side effects. A week later, I called and asked for a well-established medication for my condition, but my concerns were dismissed and I was told they knew better. After getting a second medical opinion (from a well known Professor), I was told the medication I had been given should have been the last choice ( and only after certain tests were done). Absolutely terrible experience!My wife went here for a severe eczema flare-up, and they failed to prescribe the medication she needed. She had to call and email multiple times, and every time they said they'd get back to her, they never did. Completely unacceptable patient care!!
