Took my son there for a few bumps on his skin, $40 copay got some info and a prescription, great right? The PA then put a drop of ointment on her finger and onto his knee, this “procedure” was billed as a surgical procedure, and I’m being billing an additional $150 just for that little drop of cream on his knee. Really shady coding going on here. Will not be going back if they are only looking to line their pockets.
There with my son. Staff always pleasant and prompt. Dr. Fulchiero is awesome. I feel comfortable and know he is doing what's best for my son's illness. Like father like son, a great doctor. Loved working with his dad.
Dr. Fulchiero really knows how to relate to his teenage patients. He found out that my son is a runner, and so, now, he always talks "track" with my son when we're in the office. He's such a down-to-earth doctor, which makes it easy for the kids to talk to him. The staff at Keystone Dermatology is so incredibly friendly. You can tell by their attitudes that the love their job, and that is so important because it reflects in the way they treat their patients. World class treatment is what you get at Keystone Dermatology.
I was very satisfied with the attention and care I experienced at my recent visit. Dr. Fulchiero and Jess explained my procedure very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Every employee I encountered was very friendly and professional.
