It took 3 months to get in the first time. Dermatology appointments are hard to get in Reno right now. When my day finally came, the process went well. The PA-C, Katie Chappell, took a biopsy of the spot on my scalp that has been itchy and scaly for months. She froze a spot I was not aware of on my cheek and did a full body scan. Unless the biopsy shows a problem, I don’t need to return for another year. I am well pleased and glad that this office will also be covered on my new insurance plan that starts in January.

Brian in possible precancer removal was excellent and personable The surgeon Dr Stadler put me at ease by describing exactly was he was going to do wad an expert at doing it. He was awesome.

Dr. Casinelli is very, very professional at what she does. The staff all treated me with dignity and respect. The only negative about my last appointment was that I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. My appointment was scheduled for 2 PM but I didn’t make it into the examination room until 2:45 PM.
They are very through. And I will miss Lisa Durden. Hope she enjoys her retirement.

Staff were so kind and helpful at the Sparks location. Ms. Mannering performed my yearly head to toe examination and spoke of what appears as we age. She was thorough, efficient and professional as was her assistant. I was at complete ease with them both. Most comfortable I have felt. Thank you for all you do.
