The doctors are great, but the phone message reminder service is useless. They apparently called twice, but only 1/2 a message - with no business name given - was left each time. I concluded it must be from this place because that was the only appointment I had for the upcoming week. Also, when I tried to call the office to confirm this, I was on hold for 10 minutes and finally gave up. Tried again on the day of the appointment, was on hold for 5 minutes, then had to hang up and just assume I was going to the right location.
Very professional in a caring way.
I feel that they are truly interested in the details of my skin care. Attentiveness to skin issues they find & the ones I point out to them also. I receive great care!
