My first facial was great, but the second facial she cut our appointment in half and I paid for the full service. I'm still confused. I reached out to her to inquire, but she hasn't responded. I will not be going back.
My first facial was good. She really assisted me trying to put my face back together after a breakout. The second facial she cut the appointment by 30 minutes! I didn't know what to say and then when I addressed it later, she hasn't responded.
This is my new spot! I discovered it one day walking by and came in and was immediately fascianted by the services and the great Energy! Zana herself does most of the treatments and customizes everything according to needs, I saw instant results! and Kim is a nail guru! always on point, quick and so pleasant, amazing products too!
