Poor quality products and even worse customer service, would not recommend to anybody. You’re better off going with a more reputable clinic.

IF YOU CAN’T FULL FILL ORDERS Don’t ADVERTISE IT. Referred by friends so I purchased online from her. 1 week later sent text to her mobile of when she would be posting it. NO REPLY So another week REFUNDS MY Purchase. As I live in Sydney and love Dr Aspect they said purchase online from her store & she can post to you. So I did !!! Not Happy 😡😡😡
Unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. High pressure sales tactics used during appointment. I was told if I pay upfront for three session I save $260 dollars as the sessions are normally $300 each. I later found out on her website, each session was $220 therefor I made no saving. I contacted Joanne one hour after the appointment and explained how I would like to think about this further, received no reply for days and then was told she couldn’t do anything to help me.
