This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a medical provider. I was in the middle of a three-visit treatment series with Dr. Brook. Due to inclement weather and a road closure, I arrived at his office at 11:55 for a 11:45 appointment. I was advised that he would not be able to see me due to my late arrival. I went to see Dr Brooks about a month ago for my wrinkles. He was friendly, approachable, didn't keep me waiting, and did a good job explaining the (popular brand of shots) procedure and answering my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. I am totally thrilled with the results: my crows and deep forehead wrinkles/creases are essentially gone--and it looks and feels totally natural. I will definitely be going back!
