I had a 3:45 appointment that was confirmed in advance, arrived on time, and waited over 30 minutes outside the room. I sent multiple messages letting her know I was there and did not receive a response until after I left. She later apologized and said she had been sick, which I understand, but the lack of communication made for a frustrating first experience. Unfortunately I won’t be returning.

I cannot recommend Trina enough! She gives amazing facials and truly knows skincare inside and out. From the moment you sit in her chair, you can tell she’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. She’s always on time, professional, and takes the time to understand your skin’s needs while explaining everything she’s doing. My skin looks and feels better after every visit. If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, consistent, and truly cares about results, she’s the one!

I’ve been to Trina a few times now for dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, buccal massage, and eyebrow waxing, and every single experience has been amazing. She truly does such an incredible job. I always leave looking better than when I arrived, which feels rare with facials since I usually walk out a little red or inflamed. I was a client of Trina’s for 2 years, but unfortunately, I can no longer recommend her. She was consistently unprofessional and, in my recent experience, downright rude. After misunderstanding a clearly written Groupon policy, I was spoken to in a condescending tone and ultimately dismissed as a client. Additionally, I have eczema, and during one appointment, she microdermed over a flare-up. It ended up oozing and irritated for days... Trina is absolutely fantastic!!! I don’t trust many people with my skin, but she is definitely one person I do. Had my first hydrafacial with her, skin is glowing. I’ll definitely be back. TOTALLY RECOMMEND!
