I’ve ordered copper peptides from Skin Biology for years. Their customer service has never been great, but I always received my products in the end. I placed an order on June 30. Two weeks later, I still had received no indication that it was being processed. My first order, shipped quick, good communication, was missing the free item and it was listed on packing so. Considering the price, the free item is valuable.

As another reviewer mentioned I strongly advise against ordering anything from this company. The communication is very poor, you have to follow up 10 days later to get order status, the tracking is unclear and takes multiple prompts to get the entire information. I never received my package and am now asking repeatedly for a description of the shipping box to file a police report if it was stolen. I wouldn’t recommend The shampoo products. They leave your hair feeling so damaged and brittle. Makes it impossible to get a comb through. Impossible. I’ve tried the shampoo and conditioner twice and each time I had to get back in the shower, reshampoo and condition with a different product. Not even a one star.
