I highly recommend Dr. Hayes office. The staff is always polite, friendly and efficient and Dr Hayes is wonderful. I never have to wait too long and processing at the desk is very quick.
Dr. Hayes is excellent at what he does. He is very straightforward and direct, and works fast because he has a huge patient load. Does he have the warmest and most comforting bedside manner? No, but he was sympathetic to my condition and took care of business. Come here if you want your issues handled with knowledge and expertise, but not if you need to be pampered.
Had a visit with Dr. Ben Hayes today! Well it all started out with over an hour wait, then just got worse! By the time I finally got in the back I wasn't in the greatest of moods! Then came my first and last visit with the very obtuse Dr.Ben Hayes,after I expressed my dismay for waiting so long, he informed me that could return to dermatologist that I had seen before and opened the door. These Dr's today could careless about patient care or their needs! Their only concern is for the amount they can over charge you insurance ... read more
