Karen is just amazing! the best facial I've had! highly recommended!
One of the best facials I’ve ever had! Karen really examines your skin and tailors the facial to each person. She doesn’t try to sell add ons or products and gave me tips for my skin care routine after asking for advice. She even texted the tips later to me with products she recommends so I could have it handy later😊 she also gave me some free samples to try out. My wife and I absolutely love coming here and always leave with a nice glow on our face and feel relaxed and rejuvenated 🥰
I’m so glad my colleague recommended Skin Aegis (Karen to me). I always leave my facials feeling refreshed and glowing. She is also SO knowledgeable and is my source of truth when in comes skin care, products, treatments, etc. Nothing but positive things to say!
While the space was nice, the entire session felt more like a sales pitch than a treatment. I was constantly pushed to buy expensive skincare products and upgrade services. It was uncomfortable and made it hard to relax. I won’t be coming back.
The staff at Skin Aegis seemed rushed and inattentive. I felt like just another appointment rather than someone they genuinely cared about helping. My technician barely explained the process and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Not the professional experience I expected.
