I've been plagued with frequent eczema outbreaks for more than 20 years and have been to countless dermatologists and allergists for help. All I got from them was steroid-based expensive prescription ointments that helped somewhat with the itching and slowly in clearing up my rashes and "spots" but left me with hypo pigmentation--white spots where the eczema sores had been.
