This place is absolutely terrible! I had heard bad things about this place but I got my hair done by the owner thinking it would be done right & it was nothing I asked for! I was so upset once I got home & seen all the mistakes! I went to a different salon & they were shocked by the job she had done. Never go here! They are so unprofessional.

michelle has been my stylist for almost 20 years and I cannot rave enough about her service and professional family owned business. Her staff is friendly and courteous as well as reasonably priced. People should be ashamed of thereselves for not understanding an occasional reschedule. Why would you want someone doing your hair if they are sick? Hair and Nails are not more important than a persons health or family. Thanks Skilz Salon:)

I am the owner. Thanks to great reviews and I am sorry for the bad experiences. I do regret any unprofessional behavior from myself or my staff. I wanted to bring a nice salon to our area. Our mission was to give the best possible services at very reasonable prices. I am proud of my staff; however, there is always room for improvement. We are definitely working on that. I completely agree that the service in this salon is unprofessional and a bit uncomfortable to be in. I've had my hair done there a few times and have overheard lots of gossip and unwanted information about the stylists personal lives. I have also heard some things about the owner and employees. the only employee there that I enjoyed was Heidi who is no longer there. I will not be returning to this salon and have proudly become a customer at panache where I am treated with respect and courtesy

worst service ive ever experienced. the staff is unprofessional and gossip about anything and everyone. i would NOT recommend this salon to my worst enemy. do not go to this salon unless you are looking to be judged when you walk in and talked about when you leave.

A wonderful salon, with very good stylist..I live out of state and come over to visit my family.. All of my family goes there. They really know how to treat you like someone special,esp. Hiedi.:))Thanks!

I visit E. Palestine often as family lives there. Have had my hair done in this salon twice now, a different stylist each time and was very pleased both times. They did a better job with my hair than the salons in Dallas! You won't be sorry !
