My hubby and I went on a lunch date at Skillets and Maya was our server. She was friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. I got the Redwood Club and my husband got the Double Tangler burger. It was served hot and fresh within 10 minutes of ordering. No complaints at all. The atmosphere, music and ambiance were pleasant and the restaurant had all around good energy, as well as decor. In addition, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We’ll definitely be back!
Went in for lunch today 529 waited 20 minutes and never got seated had tables available waitress never approached never tried to see us looked at a several times snarls and didn’t even acknowledge ended up leaving very disappointed
The food was decent, the service was super slow. There wasn’t many customers so I’m not sure why. It took 10 mins to get just our drinks ( 2 teas and 2 chocolate milks)
⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. We waited around 30 minutes just to get seated, and then another 30+ minutes sitting at the table with my family without anyone even offering us water. Not a drink, not a “we’ll be right with you,” absolutely nothing. What made it worse is that there were plenty of employees around, but nobody seemed to care.
