Considered to be the leading senior healthcare operations in the region, with great staff across properties. All the social workers and skilled nursing facilities I have met only spoke highly of Skilled management
Really bad communication with the person considered Chief HR Director. That individual does not have the common courtesy to return your phone call or your email. It should be common practice to know how to be polite if you are going to work in that role. How on earth do you expect to receive respect in the community in which you service. That was certainly a red flag not to be interested in working there. It is a clear indicator.
My uncle stays at the Garden of Palms location and I'm so happy that this management company took over the community as I see a lift in service, resident engagement and staff. Great company.
